A 15min total body plyometrics-based workout. Get ready for an explosive, dynamic bodyweight class targeting your legs, core and upper body, designed to build power, agility and speed. Feel the burn, see the change.
Total-body group workout on and off the training rig. This resistance & plyometrics-based workout incorporates the XCUBE training rig and is designed to improve your power and endurance. Never used the rig? Don’t worry, that’s why we’re on hand throughout this 15min class.
For anyone looking to build an athletic body and sporting performance. Improve your speed and agility in this high intensity class workout. Our Soho Instructors put you through your paces making you work harder, getting you fitter, faster.
For those wanting to build core strength for a stronger body. Using a combination of weight plates, resistance tubes and your own bodyweight, CORE strengthens your abs, glutes, hips and lower back. This 15 or 30min class is great on its own or as part of your main workout.
