I am a fully qualified personal trainer and a competitive bodybuilder on the UK circuit. I specialise in body transformations, fat loss, body sculpture and muscle building. I've gained in depth knowledge through scientific reading and 15 years experience in training. This has propelled me to win four shows and compete at highest honours in the national title, as well as winning the Mr. Titan London physique. We work together to utilise this knowledge and individualise it for you to get the look and body image that you want to achieve. I can train any level from beginner, to prepping male or female fitness models or advanced athletes. I'm friendly and approachable so please feel free to ask me any questions.

As a child in Spain I found a strong connection with fitness, which helped me develop my health and my confidence. I’ve always appreciated this way that improving fitness positively impacts so many other aspects life.

Everyone is unique, and everyone learns in their own way. I want to know your strengths, your weaknesses and your goals, then as a team decide your way. I’ve learnt that knowing when to change a routine is as important as wanting to progress, as repetition is often a barrier.

Specialising in endurance training, my focus is always on getting the most out of each session whilst having fun.

Robert Bassi – Personal Trainer

Hi Girls and Guys, Ladies and Gents!
You know the score - The Beckhams, ‘Brangelina’ – we are continually presented with images of beautiful people with beautiful bodies – and that’s not even mentioning those annoying friends who seem to be able to eat anything and not put on any weight - grrrr!
However, as I’m sure you realise, achieving your goals will involve some hard work – but not all at once! I want our sessions to be fun as well as fruitful - we will work together with varied routines and build up gradually.
Nevertheless, there will also have to be some commitment and dedication to the cause – your body is not going to suddenly get fit overnight, and it takes time for the nutritional changes to take effect; you’ll have to stick with it – sorry about that!
