About us
Physio-Answers is a Chartered Physiotherapy Clinic with locations in London and Essex including Lewisham’s Soho Gym. In your initial one hour session our friendly and experienced physiotherapists will assess your problem and work with you as an individual using a variety of treatment techniques and specific exercises to return you to full function and fitness as quickly as possible. We will also give you advice and help regarding your problem or injury to reduce the chance of it recurring again. It may be caused or aggravated by poor posture at work or whilst training, incorrect running patterns or non-optimal lifting or racquet techniques. We will identify and correct these to help keep you fit and healthy once you recover and return to your sport or training. All our physiotherapists are registered with the HPC and CSP. We have evening and Saturday appointments available.

- Open to any patient who has attended at least one session with our clinic
- When you refer a friend or family member for physiotherapy as a private patient paying for themselves
