I am black belt in judo (trained and competed for 12 years), and I am a professional bodybuilder with the national federation Musclemania. Aged 18 I joined the French army, where I was trained as an SAS para commando. I have worked in Asia, USA and London as a bodyguard and personal trainer.

Fitness is my passion. When I’m not working with clients or training myself, I’m reading about the latest training methods, and consolidating my knowledge of exercise physiology. However, I understand that for most people, going to the gym is yet another chore to complete during a busy week - so I’ll make sure that you get the most from every minute of your workout, stay motivated and achieve your goals!
