a new feature for 2010

  • We believe good nutrition has a profound impact on fitness, energy levels, health, longevity, mental well-being & physical excellence – the foundation of our ability to work & play, & to be fit & energised for all we do in life.
  • We believe there is far more to health & fitness than the hour spent in the gym – it is about the food & lifestyle choices made during the remaining 23 hours of the day.
  • Our nutrition section aims to provide you with additional information to enable you maximize your physical & mental potential every hour, every day.

Known as ‘micro nutrients’, and critical for hundreds of activities in the body. These help us get the best performance from the ‘macro nutrients’ that we eat.

A summary of some of the products we offer to support any gym routine, and check out our freedom partners for meal & snack offerings for before & after your workout.
