Darma mittra's shiva namaskar vinyasa yoga is a carefully designed, self controlled and gracefully fluid series which allows students to gradually advance their practice to higher levels, strengthening and toning muscles, glands and internal organs. Each of the four series includes balancing, stretching, back bending, twisting and an inverted posture focus followed by a series of static meditative poses and concluding with a deep healing relaxation, ancient breathing techniques and meditation practice.
Mark began teaching yoga in 2006 after training in the Indian Himalayas and further advanced his training in Northern India in 2007.This year he finally realised his true ambition to study in New York over a 4 month period with Sri Dharma Mittra, a world renowned yogi and Asana Master with over 45 years of teaching experience on yogic philosophy and physical practices.
